Protect plan

I’ve paid for my protect plan and have the invoice money came out the bank and there is nothing showing on my history and it’s saying I do not have any plans currently has anyone else had this issue

    Yes we have the same issue, paid £80 for the year, they took the money but cancelled our plan hours later. Trying to get through to them on the phone is impossible

      I've tried to pay for the plan twice and on both occasions it seems to have accepted my card details but within 48hrs has then told me that the Protect Plan has been cancelled. Apparently no money taken but chat isn't real and this doesn't fit any of their answers and 'call us' appears to be an impossibility. Guess this is just a non-feature.

        Hi @user_469021. When you subscribe to a Ring subscription, you will have access to video recording moving forward. It does not apply retroactively, as events that happened before you subscribed were not recorded. If you subscribed to the Basic plan, this only covers on device, while the Plus plan covers all devices at the same location. Check Ring.com to ensure your subscription is active, and make sure your Ring app is updated.
