Mode status is not available error on app
I just got the base and keypad installed 2 days ago. I see this error on the app today. Up until 2 days ago I had ADT service with zero issues. The app is not the most intuitive and customer services and terrible. Can someone please help me resolve this..?

I have the same issue too. It's weird - it wasn't working early this morning - and then around 8:45am EST - I could disarm my alarm - and then this afternoon I got the error. Best guess is it's the outage - but I thought it was resolved - but then maybe not :-(
