Missing Events - day and night

During the 30-day free trial, I had tons of events recorded - both day and night. Now I have the Basic Plan and only get a small fraction of recorded events. I adjusted sensitivity to MAX and it made no difference. I have no restricted hours. Do I have to upgrade to get more recorded events?Wired Doorbell Plus

I turned "Motion" detection on and now I'm getting the events at my front door. This thread is solved.
