Being charged twice
Good evening.I have noticed this evening that I am being charged twice from my bank account.Once a year for a £49.99 basic planOnce a month for a £7.99 standard planThe address and devices are all linked to the same location (1), and have been since set up.When I check my billing history in the ring app the yearly charges of £49.99 are not showing, however they are being taken from my bank account. The £7.99 monthly statements are showing accurately.May I ask, does anyone know how I might circumvent the virtual assistants and actually email or speak to a human to address this please? It seems I may have been overcharged since 2022.Thank you.
