App says no basic plan when it was deducted from my account one month ago

I just telephoned Customer Service to explain that my Ring doorbell app states I have no Home Basic Plan when my bank account shows it was deducted from my account 4 weeks ago.  The Agent said I should complain to my bank to get the money refunded.  I don't understand why as it is a mistake by Ring.  I asked to speak to the Accounts Department and was again told 'no you need to go to your Bank'.  Appaling service as this was Ring's mistake not mine nor my bank.  Can Ring please respond with a number I can call?
