Hi @user_d1f7c8. If your Doorbell keeps falling offline, try the following steps:
- Reboot your router.
- Verify your Doorbell has good signal strength.
- Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi.
