Last 4 days unable to access home mode as shared user all of a sudden.The ability to turn off or on away,disarm etc..

      Modes disappeared after the disruption today (20 Oct 2025) and still isn't available. It simply won't open on iPhone and displays "Something went wrong" on the PC Desktop app. I have the Home Standard Plan, and had Modes until the disruption.

      I’m the owner of my devices and I cannot change Modes either. I have Home Standard plan. Please help.
