I keep getting hacked by the same person. I know who it is. I don’t know how to stop this. Every time I try to change my password, he beats me to it.

Hackers have been defeating 2FA for a while now. Not saying it's happening here. But having a secondary source to verify, isn't a fail safe for a determined bad actor.

Hi @user_df964f. It's not possible for someone to "hack" your account, as there is no way to circumvent our 2 Step Verification process. Even with your email and password, they cannot sign in to your Ring account without the text message code that is sent to only your phone. I would suggest viewing your Authorized Client Devices to check and see what devices you are logged in on and manage your account from there.
