Camera not working
My camera is not working it has internet connection and power but has stopped working. It has only been up for 12 months as well. Can this be replaced or repaired?

Hi @user_883307. Which model of Ring Doorbell or Security Camera is this? What is the last reported signal strength? You can find the device name and the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, such as a reset or a new setup in the Ring app?
