Will Ring ever fix the issue with dual sim and live view?

Hey all, I've had video doorbell for awhile now, and while the disabling of VoLTE previously worked, that's not something that works on my newer phone. So I've been essentially unable to use the doorbell outside of my house, as it just times out on cellular data when trying to use live view/answer rings. And my carrier can't manually disable VoLTE for me on my line, so that's not an option, either. Has Ring even mentioned this issue anywhere? Do they have any plans to fix it? I'm about to move, and I'm considering a competitor if other companies have a better solution for this.
