(Spotlight Cam Pro) Motion-Active Lights Automatic Shut-off Timer Won’t Work

As the title said, every time I tried to adjust the “Automatic Shut-off Timer” it says “Save Failed”.

The things I have tried to fix:

  1. Update or reinstall the ring app

  2. Camera Factory Reset. Hold the button at the top of the camera for more than 20 seconds util there’s red light blinking.

  3. Reconnect The Camera Via App. Remove the camera from the app and tried setting it up again.

Background:

  1. The Camera is called "Spotlight Cam Pro", and it is hardwired.

  2. The Ring app is IOS based, and its version is 5.101.0

  3. Every other setting works in the app including motion settings but this.

I suspect is the app’s problem. Had anyone has similar problem currently?
