I use my Ring app to check out alerts and take action if there's a security issue at my property Can someone please tell me how to turn off the sales and Promotional alerts on my Ring app? The They are distracting and inappropriate to show a red alert on my Ring app. This is just greedy company advertising made a part of an app that should only show legitimate notifications.

At this time, there is not an option to remove this section of the Ring app. We've seen this feedback before from other neighbors on our Feature Request board [here](https://community.ring.com/t/remove-advertising-marketing-from-ring-apps/61670). Since we use the Feature Request board as a way to gather and share feedback with our teams here, please feel free to add a comment and your vote to that request.

Fast forward 3 years from 2022 to 2025 and this is STILL a huge annoyance. Meanwhile, the link provided above which was to provide feedback to the teams to remove the advertising is 404.
