Ring App Logging out

My ring app keeps logging me out right after i sign in. Anyone else having the same issue?
App version 5.102.0
-already tried uninstall:reinstall
-turned phone off/on

Hi @user_50448b. Are you able to use the Ring app after logging in, and you find that are logged out the next time you open the app? Or are you being logged out immediately upon sign in, and you are unable to access the Ring app at all? Do you have an active VPN? The Ring app is not compatible with VPNs.
