Request for invert camera feature in app
Good afternoon
I have recently bought the Spotlight Cam Plus, however there currently isn't an option to invert the camera view in the app. There seems to be quite a few people in online forums requesting this feature.Could this please be included in a future app update.

No one asked you how to mount the Camera; user needs are not up to you, or to Ring to determine. Several people, now, including me, have requested a software option to flip the video in this camera. It’s not about mounting it’s about needs of the users. “Properly mounted,” is however best this camera fits into our lives. Period. Blatantly disregarding user request is how companies,such as yours, go out of business very quickly.
PLEASE INCLUDE THIS FIX

Hi @user_130ae7. There is not an option to invert the video of Spotlight Cam Plus, because if properly mounted, the camera will not need to be inverted. You can see examples of proper installation here.
