Please tell me how to download and install Ring Always Home for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) that uses Android 6 Marshmallow I have not been able to find it from google play "does not work on your device" and the APK i found downloads but does not SUCCESSFULLY install... stops or crashes to desktop... i believe i have it set to install 3rd party apps Would much appreciate official ring download site

Hi @C.Perkins3. At this time, Android 9 or higher is required to download and use the Ring app. If your tablet cannot be upgraded to the current required version of Android, you will not be able to use the Ring app. For more information on mobile device compatibility, please reference [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App) Help Center article.
