Invited Partner has no access to camera.

Hi, I am a newbie. I have added the app and this is allowing me to see the camera history or live, all fine. However, I have invited my partner, she has accepted the invite and created a logon. When she logs on to the app on her phone, she cannot see the location or device listed. It looks correct on my phone.

Hi @PJG. Whenever you add someone as a Shared User, they'll receive a new location in the Ring App that has the device you shared on it. Have your partner tap the location name in the top center of the Ring App, which should bring up a drop-down menu of all the locations they have in the Ring App. They'll need to select the location with (Shared) in the name and they should then see the device you have shared with them. I hope that helps! :)
