Hi neighbors. What @user63716 suggested is the troubleshooting step that we are recommending to do for this concern. Uninstall the Ring app on your phone and reinstall it. Once logged back into your account, proceed with setting up your Pet Tag, and when going through the setup, you will get the pop-up option to grant Ring access to All Photos. This should now allow you to pick a photo of your pet and complete your setup. Let us know if this works.

I accidentally deleted my message :sweat_smile: This issue still exists and the option for allowing full access does not exist in iOS settings. Most importantly, why does Ring ask users to grant access to their entire photo library? The option to 'add **selected** photos' seems misleading. Ring should not have access to personal photos or image metadata. As a paid customer, this raises safety concerns for me. I'm disappointed that privacy-centric options are not accessible, and app features require handing over private information.

Does not work with my iPhone.  Have deleted the app twice and reinstalled.  Won’t let me add media.  I select the picture hit done h by Turin and back to the please pick a picture page again. Get move forward without a picture so product is unless.

 If I click "Library", it starts to pull up the photo library, then disappears and brings me back to this screen. Endless loop if you try again. So, you end up stuck and can't finish setting up the pet tag.
