Device issues / shared account
I have somehow managed to create two accounts - one main and one sharer. I think this happened when I switched mobile handsets.
I have bought a chime, added to my app and now it will not connect with the doorbell as it is added it to the main account and says I have to get it shared .. I then removed the doorbell from the shared account to add to the main, and it is telling me I can't because it is a shared device...
so I now have a brand new chime and doorbell that won't connect, and two cameras that I can view on the shared account, but there are no devices connected to the original account

Hi @user_9b0d06. It certainly sounds like you've got some accounts mixed up. First, remove the Chime from what ever account it's on. Then, log in to the account that has the doorbell on it. After you've verified that you're on the correct account, you can add the Chime. Let me know if you need additional assistance.
