Cannot charge the chirp sound on my devices

I recently installed the retrofit ring. Everything works fine.  However, when I change the chirp sound; it does not change. It just gives me the same sound.

Hi @user_34990c. Is this the Retrofit Alarm Kit, and are you trying to change the chirp sound for the wired zones you've set up? Where in the Ring app are you editing the chirp tone?
