So my family recently got a ring door bell. Dad had no trouble setting it up. He invited me as a shared user however it will not add me no matter what i try. I have made an account, and the email tells me to manage the request by clicking the link. I do this and it just sends me to my dashboard. I click the top drop down and no shared location appears. How do i connect to his account?
