In the past, you could customize the phone notification noise when a door was opened. Now, it sounds using the phones default notification noise. Is there a way to change this?

HI @user_5ff6cd. Which Ring device are you wanting to change the alert tone for? On Ring doorbells and cameras, you can change the alert tone under Device Settings > Alert Settings > App Alert Tones. For Ring Alarm components, like the Contact Sensor and Motion Detector, the Chirp Tone is played from the Ring Alarm Base Station and Keypad, not your phone.
