Alexa turns my lights off

I have all my lights set to turn on when I say ‘good morning.’ They randomly turn off,
and I don’t have any conflicting routines. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? I even asked Alexa and she told me I had turned them on again twice today!

Hi there, which lights are you referring to? Are they Ring Smart Lighting lights, or a third-party brand? What sort of routine do you have set in the Alexa app?

8They only turn on when I say ‘good morning’ and they turn off when I say ‘’good night’. they are Ai dot and Amico. Three that do this are AI dot, and the other is the Amico. I can’t reach any but one as they’re too high. I talked with Amazon and they said it’s not Alexa doing it.
