406 Not Acceptable

When I try to sign in to Ring on my phone I get the 406 Not Acceptable message. This has been a problem since I upgraded my wifi. It is a problem on the phone because I have logged no problem on my tablet, I have tried uninstalling and installing the App again (several times). Have cleared the cache
