Would like to return the defective alarm system keypad now that the replacement has been received and installed
alarm
The initial replacement keypad was lost in transit, the return label that was tied to my receipt of that replacement expired. A second key pad was then shipped, has been received and installed. If Ring would like a return of the defective keypad, I would need to have the return label re issued. Thank you, Jack
