Voice Disarm with Alexa Stopped Working

I’ve used a Ring alarm system for a number of years with no problems, using the keypad, app, and Alexa voice commands. Recently I moved the base station (unplugged it, moved it ten feet away, plugged it back in), and now I can’t disarm it with voice command. It arms fine with voice, and disarms with keypad and app. When I say “Alexa, disarm ring,” I’m asked for the code. But when I give it, nothing happens. I’ve tried everything, from verifying that Disable with Voice is enabled to reinstalling and relinking the Alexa skill. Nothing. Any ideas?
