My ring camera doesn't catch motions properly. My son's scooter was stolen from the property within a few minutes, we cannot see who did. This was last month. There are times when my son gets home late at night and Ring doesn't show him coming. I always thought why but now it is becoming dangerous. 

Two days ago, my son sent someone to the house. The guy came in opened the door and got in. No records on Ring Camera. A lot of times, it doesn't catch movements.

My younger son left for which I received the notification but I didn't get anything when he returned. What is the use of having a doorbell camera and paying monthly subscription.
