Sensor is offline

Question

I have a quick question. One of my windows sensor states its offline. Does this mean it needs battery replacement? I just had the system for 6 months and I also have a sensor that fell off and wont stick. What can i use to restick it or does ring provide me with a new adhesive and battery.

Hi @jrodr700. Double-sided sticky tape can be used to hang the Contact Sensor, as that is what is included in the original box. A little silicone caulk works well.  The self stick that comes with the sensors is not very good.
