We have 4 codes (and users) for ring that also open the smart lock. Within the last 48 hours, the 3 access only members have been disabled from ring (switch shows off in the app). My admin access was still enabled. After I enabled the users again, they are now able to open the door, but it is puzzling. There is no log of their permission being revoked. I didn't do it and I'm the only admin. The lock has been working flawlessly for a long time. My concern is that if it happens again, someone may be locked out. Any feedback?
