Ring pet tags are garbage

Can’t even upload the pics and they know they have a tech prob! If it’s not fixed don’t sell them. Period! ……. Frustrated I have everything ring and this is a disappointment and bad on ring shouldn’t be this difficult for the nonsense! Not happy

    Hi @user_862733. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app on your phone. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, provide the following information: - Are you using Android or iOS? - Provide a screenshot of the error you are getting in the Ring app.
