Ring Doorbell does not record often

I tried settings zones, motion frequency and times to alert - still misses my deliveries which is one of the most important things I want recorded. I have a 2020 model and should I replace my doorbell to a newer one. Seems to still work all the time on the live view. I have very strong Wi-Fi, the node is right near the doorbell. RSSI is 35 - not sure why it is so intermittent - appreciate the input

Hi @outerlimits777. Those were good troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. I would also recommend ensuring that the placement of your device meets Ring's recommendations, as improper placement can negatively affect motion detection.
