About 3 months ago I began noticing that Ring alarm was taking 5+ seconds (intermittently) to disarm after entering code. During one of those times it did not disarm period just kept counting down, set off the alarm. A few weeks later it was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night. Today a minute or two after disarming I get a “Burglary Alert” text message but no siren. It also notified my contacts but does not call police. Event history shows that it was disarmed via keypad. No network, Wi-Fi or connectivity issues at play here. Obviously, an Alarm System is unusable once it has become so unstable.

Anyone else dealing with this?
