Power outage report
troubleshooting
Hi. I am losing power a lot at my house. Ring notifies me when power is out and then when restored.
I’d like to run a report that show all the times the system loses power. I need this to evidence to power company the frequency and duration of power outages.
Does anyone know if there is a report I can run?

Hi @user_d55690. There is no reporting feature available in the Ring app. You could try to search for a third-party software, though I can't guarantee there is anything that will fit what you're looking for. A more manual approach would be to keep track of the power outages and their durations in a spreadsheet.
