troubleshooting
My ring alarm base station stopped sounding off, tried everything so far (resetting, removing battery and power supply, firmware update etc.)

Hi @user_133706. When you say the Base Station isn't sounding, do you mean the siren or the alerts, such as Mode changes? The siren volume isn't adjustable, but the volume for other alerts can be adjusted under the Audio Settings tile. If the siren isn't playing, please contact our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further assistance.
