No longer able to change alarm modes via app with Basic plan.

I've been a ring customer for a number of years now and I've always subscribed to ring Basic plan. Up until now I've been able to change (arm/disarm) the alarm via the app. Now Ring has decided to take this feature away, and the basic plan only allows you access to video doorbell history. There is absolutely no reason for Ring to have taken this feature away other than greed. They want you to pay more money for a different plan to give you the same features that used to be available. I am very upset over this. Instead of me spending more money for a different plan I am looking at going with a different company that provides me the services I need without trying to milk me for more money.I am an extremely dissatisfied customer.
