    Hi @Martipit. When calling the number, are you calling from a Landline or Cellular phone? As mentioned on this page [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406), the number is designed to be used with a landline and does not work with some mobile carriers. Let me know if this is the case.
