Keypad random talking

My second gen keypad, after several years of running smoothly, has started saying ‘disarmed’ at random. It will even say it in the middle of the night. I have tried unplugging the power for 10-15 seconds and repower up. This did not help. Can someone offer any suggestions? It seems to be more of a software glitch than anything.

Hi @user_a5d063. I'd suggest factory resetting the Keypad using the instructions in this Help Center article. If you have a 1st Generation Keypad, you can find steps to reset it here.
