In the app... \* Click the top Left 3 lines icon \* Select Devices \* Select Alarm Base Station \* Select the Sensor you want to rename \* Click the top Right gear icon \* Select Name I guess you could delete it, reset it and add it again...

Hi neighbors! To edit the name of your Contact Sensor or Motion Detector, follow the steps below in the Ring app: - Tap the Menu icon in the top left - Tap Devices - If you have other Ring devices, tap Alarm Base Station to bring up a list of your Alarm devices - Tap on the Sensor you wish to rename - Tap Device Settings - Tap Name and type in the desired name, then tap Save I hope this information helps! :)
