Hardwire Ring Outdoor Alarm siren UK

Hello Do Ring supply a transformer to hardwire the Outdoor siren? The plug in adapter is too short to reach where the siren will be mounted. I have an electrician who will fit this, just need to order the correct transformer either from Ring or elsewhere if anyone knows what to order.

Hi @scoobyman555. The Outdoor Siren’s hardwire terminal block supports 9-28V, 12-40W, 0.2-2.5mm2 diameter wire. If you're looking for a compatible transformer to hardwire your Outdoor Siren to, please check out the Help Center Article below to find hardwiring instructions.
