Door and window sensors - gone offline….
troubleshooting
1 failed, now all 3 have failed and gone offline …. My hallway sensors are working..
How can I get them back online with the alarm…. The batteries are showing full.

Hi @user_200b16. No, resetting the Base Station will not reset your Contact Sensors. You'll need to follow the steps Caitlyn mentioned with the affected devices.

Hi @user_200b16. We have a list of troubleshooting steps for Ring Alarm Contact Sensors here. You should be able to get the sensors reconnected to the Base Station's Z-Wave network using those steps.
