Hi there, My Ring Contact sensor has recently stopped to give Open Alerts or Closed Notifications on my ios device. The chirp registers at the base station when opened and also shows in the event history, but no push notifications are received on the ios device. I do however receive push notifications from Ring when there is movement detected by one of the cameras - so not a notification problem on the ios device. Both Open Alerts and Closed Notification are toggled on. Same problem persist on the ios device of my wife, so has to be a setting issue? Any help would be appreciated
