Battery half charged after power disconnection
Hello. after a month from the purchase I decided to try to disconnect the power to test the battery. unfortunately the battery is half charged and not at maximum. moreover, during use on battery, the base station was often disconnected with a notification of reduced functionality without access to the app.I applied on amazon and no user when you turn off the power you find the battery in the middle but everyone finds it full.now I unplugged it for 30 minutes as requested by assistance but I doubt it will be resolved.you can help me? thank you
