Base station running on cellular backup
troubleshooting

We have internet and power however my base station appears to be stuck in cellular backup mode. Is there a way to reboot it remotely?

    Hi @MikeDilly. If you Base Station is stuck in Cellular Backup, it may require manual intervention. I suggest reaching out to our Ring Alarm support team to better assist you with this.
