Base station power light orange, no wifi light on , no ring light on

Hi Have you had this kind of issue when you try to set up for the first time? Power light on orange, wifi light off, ring light off I already try resetting the base, disconnecting the battery, etc etc...can you please help me? Thank you!

Hi @Folveda. Thanks for sharing a photo of your Base Station lights. This looks like a factory reset was attempted, but not fully completed.
