At home alarm activated
troubleshooting
Alarm unexpectedly activated during the night. History shows that a window is open, it is closed. Can a defective sensor cause an alarm? How do I deactivate that sensor so I can continue to use the system while waiting for a replacement?

Hi @user_f820c2. What is the distance of the Contact Sensor to the magnet? Does this Contact Sensor have a strong signal? You can adjust this in your Mode Settings, where you can select what devices are monitored in a specific Mode.
