I have an existing alarm system with some hard-wired door and window contacts. My understanding is that the Ring Alarm Retrofit Kit will allow me to bridge those contacts with the Ring Alarm Base. Unfortunately, the rep I spoke with at Ring didn’t even know what this kit was and was therefore no help. There isn’t much help online either. I sure Ring has dedicated sales people you could talk to about their alarm products, but they don’t. So I’m hoping someone here might have some experience installing one of these and could answer some questions about their alarm products kit and how to install it. Thanks in advance for any help.
