Alarm automatically changes from home to away at 10 pm daily

My ring alarm is set to change modes from home to away at 10 pm daily. If I leave a window open, and then the mode changes to away at 10 pm, can I close the window without the alarm going off ?

    Yes you can. Had the same question and did a live test. No alarm went off when I closed the window.

      Hi @user54776 . If a sensor is open when the Alarm is set, that sensor will be bypassed. A bypassed sensor will not trigger an Alarming event.
