Warranty claim - 2x dead batteries less than 1yo

Rings website says I need to raise an issue here before I proceed with a warranty claim...
So basically had 2 batteries less than 1 year old both died. Thats it. Nothing funky going on, just run of the mill use in our cameras.
If there are any community recommendations or advice on how to move this forward as a warranty claim, much appreciated.
