Ring Keypad Sound Static
troubleshooting
I have the 2nd generation Ring keypad. The sound is distorted, static, and unclear. I have tried all the steps to fix the sound. I cannot return to Amazon as the window is expired but it has only been installed for 2 weeks. Please help.

Hi @user_3e1f96. What troubleshooting steps have you tried? I'd recommend resetting the Ring Keypad and adding it back into your system. You can find steps on how to reset the Keypad here https://ring.com/support/articles/6uisx/Troubleshooting-your-Ring-Alarm-Keypad-Gen-2.
