Ring Doorbell 2nd Generation
2 days ago it quit letting me see the live view and when I go to event history it says motion front door. When I select it, it says No Video Found. Front door may have lost connection during this event, so the video did not record. I have checked that it is on line with good signal strength. I restarted the router, my phone, charged the ring doorbell completed and rebooted the doorbell and still nothing has resolved the issue. I have another outdoor camera and it is working just fine with no video issues. Why did the live video and no video recording quit working on only the doorbell camera? How does this get fixed? So frustrating
