Ring chime not ringing when doorbell pressed

Question

Both my doorbell and chime are connected to same WiFi but when doorbell is pressed the chime doesn’t make a sound. Any ideas how to resolve? I’ve thought about removing both devices and starting again?

Hi @AndrewTaylor. Have you linked the Chime up with your Doorbell? If not, that may be why the Chime is not alerting you when the Doorbell is pressed.
